Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ReelHive website, applications, APIs, listing video tools, account features, subscriptions, video allowances, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the Service

ReelHive provides tools for uploading and arranging property photos, selecting supported video styles and aspect ratios, adding optional property information or branding, generating intermediate video clips, and rendering final listing videos. You agree to use the service only in compliance with applicable laws, these Terms, and any product or usage policies we provide.

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation: Certain features require an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated
Account Security: You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity under your account
Unauthorized Use: Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, or another security issue
Eligibility: You may use ReelHive only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms and meet the age requirements of applicable law

Property Content, Rights, and Intellectual Property

The ReelHive service, including its website, user interface, workflows, software, documentation, branding, templates, and related technology, is protected by intellectual property laws and is operated through reelhive.app.

You retain ownership of original property photos, logos, listing details, and other content you submit, subject to these Terms
You confirm that you have all permissions necessary to upload, process, display, and use submitted property photos, addresses, logos, agent details, contact information, and other materials
You grant ReelHive and its service providers the limited rights needed to host, store, process, transmit, display, generate, render, and deliver outputs from your submitted content
You do not own ReelHive's underlying software, templates, infrastructure, models, rendering integrations, or other platform intellectual property
AI-generated clips and rendered outputs may be subject to the terms, policies, and technical limitations of the providers used to process them
You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of property details and generated content before publishing, distributing, advertising, or relying on a video

Prohibited Activities

You must not use ReelHive to:

Upload or distribute content you do not have the right to use
Misrepresent a property, price, availability, location, condition, ownership, agent identity, or other material listing information
Create deceptive advertising, fraud, impersonation, phishing, scams, unlawful surveillance, or misleading synthetic media
Upload or generate sexually explicit, exploitative, abusive, hateful, harassing, graphically violent, illegal, or child-harm content
Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual rights, or other rights of third parties
Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, extract, or bypass platform software, security controls, rate limits, usage limits, payment checks, or content safeguards
Disrupt service security, availability, performance, or integrity
Use bots, scraping, credential stuffing, or unauthorized access methods without written permission
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute service access, accounts, subscriptions, or video allowances contrary to these Terms
Use the service for any unlawful, unauthorized, or abusive purpose

Violations may result in rejected generation requests, content removal, loss of access to affected outputs, suspension, termination, or reporting to authorities where appropriate.

Privacy and Data Collection

ReelHive processes account information, project settings, property photos and details, generated clips and videos, device information, cookies, and payment or billing records as described in our Privacy Policy.

Plans, Video Allowances, Subscriptions, and Payments

ReelHive plans may include a fixed number of completed listing videos, image limits, output quality, watermark rules, project branding features, queue priority, and support levels
A complete generation normally consumes one listing video allowance regardless of the final video's exact duration
ReelHive may reserve an allowance when generation starts, finalize consumption after success, and release the reservation if the entire generation fails, subject to abuse-prevention rules
User-requested full regeneration may consume a new allowance; automatic technical retries should not create duplicate charges
You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan or purchase
Subscription benefits and promotional allowances are non-transferable unless ReelHive expressly states otherwise
Pricing, included usage, renewal terms, feature limits, and plan benefits may change with notice where required by law
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, whose terms may also apply
Purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by ReelHive

AI-Generated and Rendered Video Disclaimer

AI-generated clips and rendered videos may contain unexpected motion, visual artifacts, inaccurate room relationships, altered furnishings, geometry errors, incomplete text, or other unsuitable results. Outputs may not be unique. ReelHive does not guarantee that a generated video accurately represents the property's layout, dimensions, condition, features, price, availability, or legal status. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, labeling, and using each output lawfully and appropriately.

Third-Party Services and Media

ReelHive relies on third-party services for authentication, payments, hosting, storage, AI generation, video rendering, email, analytics, and other infrastructure. Their availability, policies, technical limitations, and processing times may affect the service. Background music and other media supplied through ReelHive may be subject to specific license terms or usage limitations displayed in the product or related documentation.

Availability and Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service, including styles, templates, generation infrastructure, rendering providers, prices, limits, storage behavior, or integrations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability or a specific generation time.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for users or third parties, abused the service, failed to pay required fees, or used ReelHive in a way that may cause harm. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express, implied, statutory, and other warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and availability. We do not guarantee that any generated or rendered video will meet your expectations or be suitable for a particular property transaction, advertising campaign, platform, or legal requirement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, reelhive.app, ReelHive, and their operators, affiliates, service providers, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, content, listings, transactions, or business opportunities arising from or related to use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless reelhive.app, ReelHive, and their operators, affiliates, service providers, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the service, your submitted or generated content, inaccurate or unauthorized property information, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a competent court in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China, unless applicable law requires another venue.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
